How it works
We start with a visit. We check the apartment's condition, what's worth fixing before renting, and the right rent for the area.
From there we handle everything: marketing, tenants, the lease, a photo-documented handover, rent collection and ongoing maintenance. You get the income and the statement, and we call you when a decision is needed.

How much does management cost?
The fee is a percentage of the monthly rent. We'll give you the exact price on a call, based on the apartment and the services you need.
Can you take over an apartment that's already rented?
Yes. We take over the existing lease, get to know the tenant and continue from there.
What happens when something breaks?
The tenant contacts us and we send a tradesperson. Larger repairs are approved with you first.
