What's included

- Support until the card. Booking the biometrics appointment, following up on the application and collecting residence cards for you and your family.
- Rental, management and renewal. The property is rented and managed, earning income, and we support the permit renewal too.

Most of the process is done remotely with a power of attorney. Usually you need to come once, to give fingerprints.

Usually a spouse and children can be included, and sometimes parents too. We'll check your case.
Do I have to live in the property?
No. You can rent it out, and we'll manage the rental.
Who files the application?
It is filed through a lawyer we work with. We prepare the file and support you through the whole process.
